Plakate 2006/07
Im Rahmen des Spielzeit-Themas "EMANZIPATION" entstanden 16 Plakate zu den Inszenierungen der Saison. Jedes Plakat verfügt über eine gleich bleibende vordergründige Fläche, die Information trägt und die verbindende Klammer darstellt, vor allem aber als grafische Macht eine übermäßig große Fläche des Plakates beansprucht. Das dahinter liegende Fotomotiv – eigentlicher Hauptakteur – muss sich durch seine Bildkraft und -anordnung von der Fläche "emanzipieren". Hierzu wurden alle Motive von xhoch4 eigens fotografiert.

2006/07 posters
We designed 16 posters for the "EMANCIPATION" season of plays at Ingolstadt theatre. Each poster has a constant foreground area which bears information and represents a binding tie. Above all, serving as a strong graphic symbol, this area occupies an inordinate amount of space on the poster itself. The photo motif in the background – actually the "main player" – has to "emancipate" itself from the surface on the strength of its own graphic quality and position on the poster. xhoch4 did all the photography itself.
